Built for everyone who talks for a living
Whether you're closing deals, hosting meetings, streaming, or recording a podcast — the same enhancer fits.
Call Center Agents
Check how a headset responds to EQ, gating, and compression, then record a practice call and listen back before your shift.
Remote Workers
Test mic settings before a meeting and record short comparisons to find a clear, comfortable setup.
Podcasters
Try the Podcast preset as a starting point, then record a sample and adjust it for your own microphone and room.
Streamers & Creators
Build a starting EQ and compression profile for spoken recordings. Live routing requires separate audio-routing software and setup.
Online Tutors
Use short recordings to check intelligibility and reduce low rumble or hiss before a lesson.
Discord Gamers
Compare settings for your headset and room before joining voice chat. This page does not replace Discord's selected microphone.
What works directly—and what needs extra routing
Recording and headphone monitoring work in this page. Calling and streaming apps do not receive the processed signal automatically.
Record here
Capture the processed signal, play it back, and download the file without uploading your audio.
Monitor here
Use headphones to hear the processing while you adjust the controls.
Zoom / Teams / Meet
Use the tool to test settings beforehand. These apps will still use the microphone selected in their own settings.
Discord / dialers
The same limitation applies: opening VoxBoost in another tab does not change the app's microphone feed.
OBS / streaming
Live use needs a separately configured virtual audio cable or another routing tool.
Existing files
Use the Audio File Enhancer for recordings you already have and download a processed WAV.
Common voice problems — solved in one click
Pick the symptom, then use the matching preset and slider tweaks.
"My voice sounds too quiet"
Start with the Call Center preset and raise Mic Boost gradually. Record a loud sentence and back it down if you hear distortion.
"Background fan / AC is loud"
Try the Headset preset, set High-Pass near 120 Hz, and adjust the gate until it closes during pauses without cutting off words.
"Voice sounds harsh / tinny"
Use Podcast preset, reduce Treble by 2 dB, increase Bass by 1 dB.
"My S sounds hissy (sibilance)"
Lower Low-Pass to 6500–7500 Hz. Reduce Treble by 1.5 dB.
"Keyboard clicks pick up"
Enable Noise Gate at -35 dB. Use a Headset preset for tighter pickup.
"Voice is muffled"
Use Broadcast preset, increase Mid by 2 dB, raise Low-Pass to 10000 Hz.
