Terms of Service — VoxBoost AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoxBoost AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxBoost AI provides browser-based microphone testing, audio processing and recording, call-practice tools, script resources, a verifier, and a local CRM. The recording and audio-processing tools operate on your device; optional browser speech recognition may use the browser's recognition provider.

The currently published tools are free to use without an account. VoxBoost AI does not currently sell a subscription or accept payments through the site.

3. Browser Data and Your Responsibility

CRM records, verifier entries, Studio scripts, callbacks, and some preferences may be stored in your browser.
Clearing site data, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove locally stored information.
You are responsible for exporting or copying information you need to keep.
Do not enter personal, health, financial, or lead information on a shared browser profile unless you understand who else can access it.

4. Fees and Future Paid Features

There is no active paid plan, billing portal, or payment flow on VoxBoost AI. If a paid product is introduced later, its price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund policy will be shown before payment and these Terms will be updated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoxBoost AI to:

Record or enhance audio of other people without their consent
Create deepfakes or impersonate others
Engage in any illegal activity or violation of laws in your jurisdiction
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the service's security
Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others
Use the script, verifier, or CRM tools to mislead people or violate telemarketing, privacy, insurance, or consumer-protection rules
Overload or intentionally degrade the service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The VoxBoost AI name, logo, website design, and source code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Audio recordings you create using the Service are your own. We claim no ownership over content you produce with the tool.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoxBoost AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Audio enhancement results vary based on your hardware, browser, and environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxBoost AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension of Access

We may block or restrict access when we reasonably believe someone is abusing the service, attacking its infrastructure, or violating these Terms. Because tool data is generally stored in your browser, removing site access does not create a server backup of that local data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and significant changes may also be shown on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
