The Medicare Verifier is a guided 9-step call flow that walks agents through a complete Medicare eligibility verification call. Each step gives you the exact script to say, what data to collect (name, age, zip, Medicare A&B status, Medicaid, VA, current insurer, living situation), and tips for handling responses. At step 9 it generates a warm transfer script automatically.

Yes. After completing a verification, click "Save to CRM" on the summary screen and the lead is added to your CRM with name, phone, campaign type, and notes pre-filled. You can then add a callback time and update the status as the lead progresses.

A Dual-Eligible beneficiary is someone who qualifies for both Medicare and Medicaid. The verifier automatically detects this status and flags it in the summary and warm transfer script, since Dual-Eligibles qualify for Special Needs Plans (SNPs) that may have $0 premiums and extra benefits.

CRM data is stored in this browser's local storage, not in a VoxBoost account. The tradeoff is that it is device-specific: clearing browser data removes the records, and the CRM is not designed for shared multi-agent access. Export CSV backups regularly.

There is no plan-based 20-record wall. Practical capacity depends on the browser's available local storage. For reliability, export old records to CSV instead of treating browser storage as a permanent database.

Studio Mode is a free local script editor. It includes Bold, Italic, Agent Line, Tip, Objection, Transfer, and Step formatting, campaign templates, a character count, a saved-scripts sidebar, and a callback manager.

Scripts are saved to localStorage under the key ps_studio_scripts. They persist in your browser. You can use Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S on Mac) to quickly save the current script at any time.
