Privacy Policy

We believe privacy is a right, not a feature. This policy explains exactly what data we collect and why.

Last updated: July 19, 2026  ·  Effective: January 1, 2025

TL;DR: The recording and audio-processing tools run in your browser, and VoxBoost AI does not receive your recordings. Optional live transcription may use your browser’s speech-recognition service. We also use Google Analytics to understand visits and basic site usage.

1. Who We Are

VoxBoost AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at voxboostai.com. We provide browser-based real-time audio enhancement tools. If you have privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

2a. Audio Data

VoxBoost AI uses browser audio APIs to process sound on your device. The site does not upload recordings to VoxBoost AI servers. Recordings remain in the current tab until you delete them, close the tab, or download a copy. If you choose to enable live transcription in the Practice Recorder, your browser may send speech to its own recognition provider; that optional feature is off by default.

2b. Accounts and Payments

VoxBoost AI does not currently offer user accounts or accept payments through the site. The published tools are available without signing in, so we do not collect account credentials, subscription records, or payment details.

2c. Usage Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure page views, sessions, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google Analytics normally uses a first-party _ga cookie or a similar identifier to distinguish browsers and sessions. We use these reports to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs improvement.

2d. Technical Logs

Our hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, and request timestamp when delivering the site or preventing abuse. Those providers handle this information under their own service terms and retention settings.

2e. Information Saved in Your Browser

Some tools save drafts, CRM records, verifier entries, or preferences in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on that browser unless you copy, export, or share it. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see it. You can delete it from the tool, clear the site’s browser data, or use a private browsing window on a shared computer.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to support requests
  • To prevent fraud and abuse
  • To improve our services based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

Recordings handled by the audio tools and records saved by the CRM, verifier, and Studio stay in your browser as described above. VoxBoost AI does not maintain an online account database for those tools. No storage method is risk-free, especially on a shared device, so remove sensitive local records when you are finished and keep any necessary export securely.

5. Cookies

Google Analytics may set a first-party analytics cookie so it can distinguish visits and sessions. The tools may also use local storage for drafts, CRM records, verifier entries, and preferences. You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser; doing so may remove locally saved tool data.

If advertising is added, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before personalized advertising cookies are enabled where consent is required.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Google Analytics — Site traffic and usage measurement. Analytics receives page, session, approximate-location, browser, and device information.
  • Browser speech recognition (optional) — If you enable live transcription in the Practice Recorder, the browser may send speech to its own recognition provider. VoxBoost AI does not control that provider or receive the resulting audio stream.
  • Google AdSense (not currently active) — If ads are introduced, Google may use cookies or local storage for delivery, reporting, fraud prevention, and personalization according to your consent choices and location.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

For records stored only in your browser, you can remove them immediately by using the tool’s delete controls or clearing the site data for voxboostai.com in your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

  • Recordings in the current tab: retained until you delete them, refresh, or close the tab
  • CRM, verifier, Studio, callback, and preference data: retained in that browser until you delete it or clear site data
  • Support messages: retained in the email system as long as reasonably needed to answer the request and maintain support records
  • Analytics and infrastructure data: retained according to the configured settings of the relevant provider

9. Children's Privacy

VoxBoost AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
